Elanne & Ivy Return Policy

We are confidant that you will love your Elanne & Ivy jewelry. If however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in it’s original condition for exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase. Shipping charges on returns will be the buyer’s responsibility and items must be returned in the same condition they were received in, including packaging and insurance to protect it from damages during transit. If a piece is damaged in any way by the buyer, Elanne & Ivy will not be held responsible. In particular, our glass lockets which are extremely fragile. Glass Lockets are not intended for use by children, and are not intended to be worn under circumstances that they may become damaged, including sleeping, sports, or general rough handling. Glass lockets must be opened and closed with care to ensure that the glass does not break. Additionally, charms must be in a single layer upon closing, or the locket glass may shatter. If a locket is broken due to mishandling by the client, Elanne & Ivy is unable to repair or replace it free of charge.

Elanne & Ivy does not offer refunds, only store credit and exchange.
